I have a slight protrusion of teeth, and I do not have my upper wisdom tooth, i got them removed 2 years back. I have overcrowding in lower teeth. My dentist does not want me to go for orthodontic treatment, as it would be long she says and the amount of space created by extractions will need to be covered by moving the back teeth forward, this is because my inclination is less and my face profile will be hindered if only my front teeth are moved backwards. But I want to have a perfect smile. What can I do? I dont want to for slicing as it is not advisable. I am 27 years old.

According to your description you have a distal bite or underbite. There are many ways to treat it and sometimes surgery of the lower jaw is the best way to avoid upper premolar extraction and not hindering the smile aesthetics. If you could share your smile and facial photos with us, our specialists would make a comment on them.
